Locking of handwheel by chain
An intermediate part equipped with an O’ring contains the fluid pressure in the event of a diaphragm rupture. A test screw located between the diaphragm and the O’ring allows to detect any possible diaphragm rupture.

The screwed bonnet allows the mounting of the valve on panel

For very hard abrasive conditions and when an absolute tightness is not required, a composite diaphragm (natural rubber and cast chromium iron) is recommended.

Equipped with an air actuator and a positioner, and due to the sizes of diaphragm (plug) a fine control of fluid can be guaranted (see CV curves).
